Job Summary

• We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee the design, deployment, and optimisation of solar PV systems, battery energy storage solutions, and IoT-enabled energy platforms.
• The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive project execution, and ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of solar PV, battery storage, and IoT solutions.
• Manage and mentor engineers, technicians, and technical specialists.
• Oversee technical project delivery from design to commissioning and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clean energy solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in solar energy, battery storage, and IoT technologies.
• Previous technical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, lithium-ion batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), inverters, and electrical systems.
• Renewable energy or energy storage certifications is preferred
• Experience with SCADA or remote monitoring systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations.
