Job Title: Technical Sales Representative (Agronomist)

Job Description

• As a Technical Sales Representative, you will promote our premium vegetable seed portfolio while providing expert agronomic guidance to growers and farmers in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for vegetable crop seeds, including sweet peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, habaneros, and more.
• Provide technical agronomic support to customers throughout the growing cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
• Conduct field demonstrations and product trials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• Strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical expertise
• Good knowledge of vegetable crop production is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
