Debyl Limited is a Port Harcourt based ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified technical maintenance and procurement services company in the Nigeria Oil and Gas sector. We engage in engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Sales Officer

Locations: Port Harcourt Rivers, and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the company’s commercial goals and market expansion objective.
  • Ensure to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sourcing potential leads, responding to applicable Requests for Proposal and engaging in tenders.
  • Cultivate and leverage an extensive network of industry contacts to enhance market visibility and establish valuable client relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, assess industry trends and monitor competitor activities, developing effective sales approaches.
  • Develop a pricing framework for services and solutions, ensuring competitive and profitable positioning in the market.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to nurture long-term partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Lead negotiation and close complete sales deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as need to optimize results.
  • Regularly prepare and present reports to executive management.
  • Generate accurate and valuable trend analysis reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare reports: monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.

Skills and knowledge requirement

  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • strong networking abilities and extisting relationships within the oil and gas community
  • working knowledge of MS office suite.
  • creativity and commercial awareness
  • excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • strategic thinking
  • proven record of success in sales roles within the nigerian oil and gas sector
  • sales experience in an internationally recognized oil and gas service company.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 per month.
