Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Requirements
In this role you will:

• Lead and manage end-to end project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Utilize agile principles and methodologies to facilitate iterative development, frequent feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Define project goals, scope and successful criteria, while monitoring and reporting progress to line management.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Conduct regular project meetings, manage communication channels, and provide timely updates regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a collaborative approach.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field with 4-5 years of progressive technical project management experience.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Preferred:

• Advanced or Master’s degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
