Job Summary

• They are seeking a technically strong and data-driven Technical CRM Specialist to join its growing team in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will combine CRM expertise, customer data analysis, automation, and technical problem-solving to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise CRM platforms, customer journeys, segmentation, and automation.
• Analyse customer behaviour, deposits, betting activity, retention, churn, and engagement.
• Build automated campaigns, triggers, and personalised customer communications.
• Work with Product, Marketing, IT, Data, and Operations teams on CRM initiatives.
• Monitor CRM integrations, data accuracy, and campaign performance.
• Develop reports and dashboards for CRM KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
• Support customer retention, promotional, and lifecycle strategies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting customer journeys.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in CRM, Technical CRM, Marketing Automation, or Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and SQL or similar technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, retention, churn, and customer lifecycle management.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
