Our business activities include livestock rearing, crop cultivation, and processing with a focus on the seedling, planting, and processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches of palm, to produce sustainable Crude Palm Oil.

With over 65,000 palm trees currently being cultivated on 1500 hectares of land and plans to finalise the acquisition of two more existing Palm Plantations- 10,000 and 5,000 Acres respectively, RAedial Farms Limited is poised to become Nigeria’s top major player in the Agricultural sector.

Overview

• We are looking for an enthusiastic technical assistant to support our team with administrative and technical tasks.
• To ensure success as a technical assistant, you should have high-level administrative skills, technical training, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Job Description

• Perform basic administrative and technical tasks including filing and creating reports
• Develop agricultural intervention programs for the organisation
• Coordinate with agro business officer
• Making daily visits and monitoring of farms
• Conduct research and provide advice to senior management on agricultural practices to optimize qualityyield and income.

Job Requirements

• Education; Agriculture technical assistant, Plant Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in working in agriculture sector especially in the field
• Ability to manage and motivate farm workers
• Willingness to locate ina town near to focus cluster is mandatory
• Self disciplined and trustworthy
• Good communication skills to communicate and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
