Job Title: Technical Assistant to the CEO

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Technical Assistant to the CEO to provide executive, operational, and technical support to the Chief Executive Officer.
• The ideal candidate will support research, project coordination, reporting, and strategic execution of key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Conduct research and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations
• Assist in tracking and following up on strategic projects and tasks
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and executive communications
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (tech industry preferred)
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience supporting senior executives is an added advantage

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
