Job Title: Tech-savvy Real Estate Lawyer

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must possess a strong legal background, practical knowledge of the real estate industry, and the ability to leverage modern technology and digital tools in carrying out legal and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and property documents.
• Conduct property title searches and legal due diligence.
• Handle land acquisition, property transactions, and related legal matters.
• Provide legal guidance on real estate operations and investments.
• Utilise digital tools and technology to improve legal processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Must possess an LL.B Degree and be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, land acquisition, property transactions, and property documentation.
• Must be tech-savvy and proficient in using computers, digital platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
• Ability to use digital tools for legal research, document preparation, record management, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with property management software, digital land records, and online real estate platforms is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
