We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tech Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a confident, self-driven, and result-oriented Tech Sales & Marketing Executive who can work with minimal supervision, confidently engage prospects, and convert leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell Multilancer’s services including:
    • ICT & tech training programs
    • Website design and development
    • Web hosting and domain services
    • Digital and business technology solutions
  • Generate leads through physical marketing, referrals, online platforms, and partnerships
  • Pitch services confidently to individuals, SMEs, schools, churches, NGOs, and corporate organizations
  • Follow up on prospects and close sales independently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Submit simple weekly activity and sales reports
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and outreach programs.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
  • Experience selling tech or service-based products is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Charisma, confidence, and boldness (“audacity”) in selling
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Basic understanding of tech services (training, websites, hosting is an advantage)
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Goal-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

Remuneration

  • Monthly salary: N150,000 – N200,000 (based on experience)
  • Attractive commissions on sales
  • Performance bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets
  • Growth opportunities within the company.
