Role Overview

• The Retail Collection Officer will manage delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of outstanding loan obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue accounts
• Negotiate repayment plans
• Monitor loan portfolios and repayment schedules
• Escalate unresolved cases appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in collections or credit operations
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Not more than 28 years.
