Job Title: Team Lead, Tenancy Screening

Location: Onikan, Lagos

• They are seeking a capable and visionary professional to lead this unit and drive the development and delivery of accurate, secure, and timely screening services for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tenancy screening and background verification department
• Build and grow internal capabilities in people, processes, and systems
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow visibility and market acceptance
• Drive new business opportunities and customer acquisition
• Ensure high-quality and timely service delivery in line with organizational standards
• Inspire and coach a high-performance team aligned with company values.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
• 7+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role
• MBA or M.Sc. in a related field is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of background verification processes and related technologies
• Prior experience in the background screening or real estate industry is a plus
• Strong leadership, business development, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.

Salary
N12,000,000 gross annually.
