Job Title: Team Lead – Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Team Lead, Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and lead a team of sales professionals.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies across various industries, including real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and team management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
