We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities at assigned service collection points
  • Lead and coordinate staff responsible for device collection and customer service
  • Ensure proper intake, documentation, and tracking of customer devices
  • Verify warranty status and ensure compliance with service procedures
  • Train and support staff on customer handling and operational standards
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure targets and service standards are met
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and brand service guidelines
  • Provide daily or weekly operational reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in ateam lead, or customer service role
  • Experience in mobile phone service centers, retail, or electronics is an added advantage
  • Basic computer literacy (POS systems, service logs, or inventory tools are a plus).

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Good understanding of smartphone devices (TECNO, Infinix, itel preferred)
  • Ability to manage device intake, records, and accountability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
