Job Title: Team Lead – Business Development Manager (POS)

Responsibilities
Merchant Acquiring:

• Acquire all kinds of merchants in all sectors
• Nurture and groom merchants to drive productivity
• Reduce churn rate and increase optimization.
• Key accounts merchants’ developments

People Management:

• Manage people within your territory
• Create potential for growth and development for reporting staff members.
• Leadership trait
• Maintain cordial and respectful relationships with business partners, merchants and prospective merchants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Development within PTSP/Fintech or related roles, with a minimum of [2 years] in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• In-depth knowledge of POS services, payment processing, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
