Eat ‘N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N’ Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate PMS activities, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and PIPs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and performance records.
• Partner with Line Managers and stakeholders on talent and performance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with hands-on PMS experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
