Job Title: IT Support Personnel

Location: Bauchi

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
• 1-2 years experience as an IT Support Personnel
• Management of enterprise collaboration suite (office 365)
• Technical writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of ITIL / Certification is an added advantage
• Familiarization with any of the following is beneficial: VLANs, VOIP, RSTP, Ethernet, Wireless, Switching and Routing concepts
• First level support experience is required, second level support is an added advantage
• Printer and scanner support
• Application software support.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly
