Job Title: IT Support & Network Administrator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support network infrastructure and security devices.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with IT standards.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Sophos Firewalls, Huawei Switches, and Huawei Access Points.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewalls, including VPN, NAT, security policies, web filtering, and network security controls.
• Deploy, maintain, and support Huawei Switches and Access Points across enterprise environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Configure and manage VLANs, LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless networks, and routing
• Hands-on experience in system administration, desktop/laptop configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or System Administration.
• Exposure to IT service management and user support environments.
