We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Support Infrastructure and Technology ICT Personnel

Location: Marwa – Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Install, configure, and support hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones) and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other identity management systems.
• Oversee network security, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and patch management.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Support cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure).
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused end-user support—both onsite and remotely.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
