Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor / Pest Control Personnel to oversee cleaning operations and deliver effective pest control services.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and support the team to achieve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Carry out pest control services using approved methods and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and pest control chemicals, and report shortages.
• Inspect client sites regularly and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Train and guide team members on cleaning techniques, safety, and pest control procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on site operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 0–2 years of experience in pest control, cleaning supervision, or related roles.
• Prior experience in cleaning services will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Must reside within Lagos Island or its immediate environs.
