We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Benue, Kogi, Kwara , Nasarawa, Niger, and Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales and repair operations
• Manage, motivate, and coordinate sales and technical staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and help drive targets
• Make day-to-day operational decisions in the best interest of the business
• Ensure proper handling, display, and security of smartphones and accessories
• Handle basic reporting, stock control, and accountability
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of smartphones (Android & iOS), accessories, and basic phone repairs
• Proven ability to manage people and work as a team leader
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer literacy (POS, inventory, or sales records is an advantage).

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in smartphone sales, retail supervision, or electronics sales is an added advantage
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years relevant experience in sales or supervisory roles.
