We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support team performance across assigned departments.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure excellent guest experience at all times
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational standards
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on team performance and operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an added advantage
