Job Summary 

• Our Client is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across its business units.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital solutions effectively support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Company’s IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee ERP and POS systems, including implementation, upgrades, integration, and support.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, servers, endpoints, and connectivity.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk-management measures.
• Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-project support.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Oversee IT assets, software licenses, systems, and technology lifecycle management.
• Supervise IT personnel and ensure effective user support and service delivery.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and technology-enabled business improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive IT experience, with relevant leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong experience managing ERP and POS systems, preferably within retail, luxury retail, hospitality, FMCG, or other multi-location environments.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Experience managing IT vendors, technology projects, budgets, and service providers.
• Good understanding of IT governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Certifications:

• ITIL | PMP/PRINCE2 | CISSP/CISM | Microsoft/Azure | Cisco | COBIT | ERP/POS Certifications.
