We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ibadan – Dugbe, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Prepare customer orders accurately.
• Effectively manage stocktaking and inventory.
• Interact politely with customers as necessary and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Adhere to the company’s safety and hygiene requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Demonstrate a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and management.
• Supervise and lead the team effectively.
• Ensure that staff follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Monitor daily sales performance.
• Assess product quality, portioning, and the consistency of products.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: HND/BSc in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience as a team lead/supervisor, especially in a food retail company
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication/organization skills
• Proficient in Excel.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
