Job Title: Supervisor

Locations: Challenge, Akala, Dugbe and Apete – Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are in need of a supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, staff supervision, sales performance, hygiene compliance, inventory control, and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle stock taking and inventory management effectively
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Customer service – oriented
• Compliance and safety management
• Supervise and lead a team efficiently
• Ensure staff comply with food safety & hygiene
• Monitor daily sales performance
• Monitor product quality, portioning, and consistency of smoothies

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: OND, HND / BSc in any discipline
• 1 – 2 years of experience as a supervisor, especially in a food retail company
• Strong leadership
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Organizational skill
• Close attention to details

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
