Job Description

• A Clothing Store Supervisor manages daily store operations by leading staff, overseeing sales and inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets.
• Key duties include scheduling, training, and motivating employees, implementing store policies, managing stock, maintaining visual merchandising, and resolving customer issues to drive store success.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Sales & Performance: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive store growth.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, and by providing product knowledge.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and manage the process for receiving, storing, and replenishing merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Store Operations: Maintain the store’s cleanliness, orderliness, and visual appeal, ensuring all safety and security measures are in place.
• Policy & Procedure: Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and strategies to create a positive and productive store environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 4-5 years work experience.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address store and customer issues promptly.
• Organization: Skilled at managing schedules, inventory, and overall store organization.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding of retail sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue.

Salary
N150,000 – N160,000 monthly.
