IT Support / Web Designer

Responsibilities

  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements and Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Web Designer
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

Accountant

Description 

  • Reviewing contracts to ensure the terms are consistent with accounting standards
  • Preparing budgets for potential real estate ventures based on projected income and expenses
  • Performing audits of existing properties to verify property values for financial statements
  • Calculating depreciation of assets such as buildings and vehicles over time using a method established by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or other governing body
  • Communicating with clients to answer questions about financial matters or provide updates on projects in progress
  • Analyzing financial information to identify trends and identify problems with business models or investment strategies
  • Preparing reports for managers, owners, and lenders about the status of a project’s finances
  • Analyzing data to determine which properties may be good investments based on potential returns and risks

Description 

  • Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
  • Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately
  • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information
  • Schedule team appointments, events, and travel
  • Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment
  • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to
  • Provide assistance to realtors when needed

Description 

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns
  • Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
  • Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
  • Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission
  • Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project
  • Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
  • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
  • Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
  • Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.

Social Media Manager

Description 

  • Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
  • Develop social media campaigns
  • Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Engage with customers and followers
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite(mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
  • Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Develop content or get it done by content developers
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

Skills and Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
  • Experience as a social media manager or a similar role(be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Craft engaging content
  • Organized and able to multitask

 

Telemarketer

Description

  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements and Skills

  • High School Diploma; BSc/BA is a plus
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

Presenter

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one sales presentations w/guest as needed
  • Provides product overview to new owners on how they can best use their ownership
  • Supply opportunity for new owners to learn more about their ability to upgrade their ownerships
  • Responsible for containing costs, schedules, and travel arrangements for new owner workshops
  • Ensures compliance with consent documentation for each patient receiving services
  • Responsible for equipment functioning
  • Assists in completing and documenting required screening
  • Provides demonstrations and promotes to potential customers the Telehealth service
  • Gathers data for general information purposes or special reports
  • Presenting, providing Factory Tours and delivering cars to customers

Qualification

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience.

 

Digital Marketer

Responsibilities

  • All the digital channels and using them to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Overseeing and developing the business’s overall content strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Researching, brainstorming with other experts, and developing content for effective campaigns.
  • Conducting research to understand consumer or audience needs and the best way to reach them.
