• As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Services Manager to oversee property inspections, refurbishment projects, and maintenance standards across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect properties before acquisition
• Evaluate and validate repair and refurbishment costs
• Supervise contractors and monitor project execution
• Ensure properties meet handover standards
• Maintain quality and maintenance standards after occupancy

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance
• HND or BSc in Building, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Strong experience costing repair and refurbishment works
• Ability to conduct multiple site inspections across Lagos
• Skilled in preparing condition reports, photo documentation, and cost schedules
• Professional registration with COREN, NIOB, or NIQS is an added advantage
