Admin Officer

Job Description

  • Handle daily operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Disciplinary procedure and process
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Payment of bills and ensure provision of stationery (purchase, disbursement and monitoring)
  • Office provision (purchase, disbursement and monitoring).
  • Supervision of cleaning activities/ensure general environment in good order
  • Generating miscellaneous data as requested for official uses
  • Office inventory (monitoring movement of company property, keeping inventory)
  • General maintenance and purchase of office equipment and tools
  • Maintain adequate lateral and vertical communication with all staff on administrative issues.
  • Resposnible for the organization social media network-posting of contents and responsding to clients queries online.

Requirements

  • HND/BSC qualification in related field
  • 1 – 3 years work experience
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office especially excel
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

 

Front Desk Officer

Job Description

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Keep updated records and files.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

 

Business Development Officer

Job Description

  • Handle business development for the Laboratories and Diagnostics Center
  • Engage with prospective clients, negotiate and close deals
  • Set sales targets and accomplish deliverables within time frame
  • Handle and achieve sales projections for the company.
  • Communicate effectively through presentations and product marketing
  • Optimize the use of social media for potential client sourcing.
  • Carry out surveys to identify potential audiences and convert them to paying clients using effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in marketing and business development
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales track record.
  • Communication & problem-solving skills.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.

 

Diesel Mechanic (Heavy Duty)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle repairs, replacement, and maintenance of heavy duty diesel and hydraulic machineries.
  • Preparing work plans after fully scoping out the issues
  • Running diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions
  • Inspecting vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering and exhausts
  • Repairing or replacing vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines and other associated parts
  • Conducting field visits in the case of an emergency or sudden breakdown
  • Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance
  • Completing oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment and brake checks
  • Maintaining records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles.

Requirements

  • SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree.
  • 3 – 7 years experience.
  • Accurate report writing skills.
  • Able to handle diesel and hydraulic machinery repairs.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.

 

Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Manage business development for the organization.
  • Ensure new deals are closed and spearhead revenue growth
  • Develop business plans focused on company growth and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Conduct researches to identify new markets and customers’ needs
  • Build healthy relationships with prospective clients and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Create sales contracts that align with existing laws and principles
  • Manage new marketing initiatives
  • requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Strategize on improving business operations
  • Attending events such as exhibitions, conferences and seminars when necessary
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Producing reports for management

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields.
  • 3 – 5 years as a Business Development Executive
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales track record.
  • Communication & problem-solving skills.
