Sales Manager

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing the company’s products to mega distributors, retailers, malls, shops, corporate organizations and individuals.
  • Analyzing market trends, identifying and generating new markets for the company.
  • Develop sales and generate interest and commitment from potential customers as well as create awareness of the company’s brand and products.
  • Contribute to the organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies for effective sales
  • Mandated to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports based on targets given.
  • Prepare trade promotional plans in designated channels with crucial customers.
  • Act as a key liaison between product development and products.

Requirements

Customer Support Engineer (Tyre)

Job Responsibilities

  • Gathering data and information about a company/potential customers, from the database that will be generated by the company. Such data includes; the nature of that
  • Company/enterprise, workshop environment, type of load, tyre pressure, installation methods, vehicle type etc.
  • Handling of tyre management tools such as pressure gauges, and depth measurement gauges. Also
  • Collect and record the tyre usage situation and calculate the tyre life span of the targeted customers/enterprise.
  • Provides information about the business nature of listed companies, and reflects the professional engineers and services, giving the target customers a very great brand value.
  • Deep understanding of the target company’s organizational structure, upstream and downstream company situation, financial situation, procurement plan, etc.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the Automobile, Haulage and Transportation or Oil and Gas sector
  • Must be knowledgeable and familiar with haulage and logistics companies, such is the transport industry, Oil & Gas industries, Containerization industries and construction industries.
  • Must understand basic mathematical and financial bases.
  • Good communication skills and be accuracy in data collection and entry

 

Electrical Instrumentation Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish instrument requisitions and specifications.
  • Ensure to determine inconsistencies and issues present on equipment parameters or P&IDs at design phase.
  • Develop electronic copies of instrument parameters and relate text files of database information.
  • Analyze instrument-and-control segment of supplier bids and participate in the selection process of the supplier.
  • Review the design of the instrument and control for adherence to customer needs and applicable codes.
  • Identify the need for instrument revisions on the basis of equipment specification revisions.
  • Interact with the fabricator across the fabrication phase of instrument-and-control issues in the project.
  • Inspect control-and-instrument site construction, fabrication, and equipment for compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions for technical issues in the control and instrument area.
  • Coach and train equipment engineers associated with the instrument as well as control deliverables.
  • Perform in cooperation and effectively with all team members.
  • Comply with all established procedures and guidelines related with instrument engineering.
  • Check the performance of others required for technical accuracy.
  • Convey prime decisions made on instrument engineering projects to others.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Electrical Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Electrical Instrumentation Engineer in a manufacturing firm
  • Good engineering practice and ability to use measuring equipment
  • Good Microsoft Office/IT experience, MS Office

 

Mechanical Engineer / Technician

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning.The goal is to design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
  • Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
  • Produce outline designs
  • Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results
  • Test and evaluate theoretical designs
  • Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
  • Evaluate the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety
  • Alter and modify design to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions
  • Estimate the budget and scope of the project
  • Solicit observations from operators
  • Prepare product reports and documentation
  • Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods

Requirements and Skills

  • 2-5 Years of experience in all the requisitions
  • Experience working in a manufacturing firm
  • HND / BSc Mechanical Engineer / Technicians
  • Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
  • Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
  • Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
  • Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
  • Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
  • Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
  • Creativity and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
  • Technical writing skills.

 

Financial Controller (FMCG)

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all finance activities of our client including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk, tax and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the MD, Board and members of the executive management team.
  • Evaluation of strategic acquisition and new business venture set-up.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgeting and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting in compliance and regulatory guidelines and IFRS.
  • Financial reporting and analysis of subsidiaries’ performance covering performance management, budgeting, and tax planning.
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
  • Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business to exceed business plan targets.
  • Providing coordination and direction for strategy formulation and continuous appraisal, monitoring and review of subsidiaries’ strategy implementation and achievement levels.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND / Master’s Degree in an Account / Finance-related discipline
  • ICAN Certified
  • Minimum of 5 years postgraduation experience in finance & performance management within an FMCG industry or Banking Sector
  • Proficiency in the workings of the Financial Service Sector and related regulatory environment.
  • An understanding of fiscal management and wider management principles and techniques.
  • Developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
  • A good understanding of Corporate Governance.

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
  • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
  • Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
  • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
  • Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
  • Maintaining electrical equipment.
  • Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products
  • Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
  • Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
  • 2-5 years of work experience as an electrical engineer
  • Must have worked in a manufacturing company
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A good eye for detail.
