Electrical Maintenance Technician I

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance.
  • Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production, and maximize operational availability. Typically reports to a supervisor.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
  • Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
  • Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors
  • Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify First Line Supervisor (FLS) if issues remain unresolved
  • Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework
  • Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner
  • Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes
  • Verify and accept job done by contractors

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a closely related position,  preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
  • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
  • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

 

Field Operator II

DESCRIPTION

Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to implement on daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security
  • Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings
  • Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions
  • Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance skills in performing simple maintenance activities
  • Report when the alarm, emergency or emergency shutdown system is out of service
  • Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity
  • Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance jobs according with the corrective, predictive and preventive planning
  • Report continuously in the log book all relevant operational events and abnormal situations or deviation occurred in the work area, equipment or personnel
  • Take samples of products for laboratory analysis and execute field laboratory tests
  • Active participation on emergency response activities
  • Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines
  • Ensure that Operations Shift Supervisor is informed and consulted about operations activities
  • Ensure good communication across the work team so that issues / actions can be adequately addressed
  • Provide the basic facts concerning well producing problems, current production rates, and current condition of the well
  • Ensure that the well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Well Work intervention operations
  • Ensure that the wellhead and well surface equipment are maintained and are in good working order prior to Wellwork operations taking over responsibility for the well for intervention operations
  • Provide assistance and support to the ongoing Wellwork operations as needed

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Completed secondary education and worked previously as a Field Technician.
  • Strong communications (oral & written)
  • High standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others.
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline operations
  • Strong knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes
  • Broad knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications
  • Knowledgeable of relevant regulations
  • Knowledgeable of relevant commercial agreements

 

Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Comment and provide advice on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team’s goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Company representative for interfacing with subsea tree, hangers, and wellhead interfacing and subsea pressure control equipment (e.g., subsea BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, LWI) for subsea drilling, completion, and/or well interventions during planning and execution phases.
  • Lead in coordinating surface integrity tests (SITs), witnessing any recertification, factory acceptance and extended factory acceptance testing (FAT / EFAT).
  • Coordinating subsea equipment & ROV aspects of drilling, completions, and/or well intervention risk assessments
  • Prepare brownfield survey and subsea equipment (e.g., trees, hangers, wellheads, subsea BOPs, SSTT / landing strings, CWOR, LWI) deployment and retrieval procedures, ROV tooling and related procedures.
  • Monitor subsea equipment service provider, ROV service provider, provide project management support and troubleshooting of subsea pressure control equipment issues

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a closely related position
  • Extensive knowledge of In-depth understanding of subsea completion, workover and light well intervention units (e.g. semi submersibles, jack ups and multipurpose vessels)
  • Develops / manages project interfaces (e.g. subsea simultaneous drilling and production procedures, interfaces with other subsea systems)
  • Keeps abreast of subsea completions and workover techniques and technology progress within EM and industry, applies emerging technology and practices where appropriate and can use Tech Set applications effectively
  • Experienced in the areas of subsea system hydraulic modeling, well surveillance, well testing operations, multiphase metering, subsea production / artificial lift optimization (e.g. subsea booster pumps, gas lift and riser lift) and flow assurance
  • Very strong demonstrated organizational and technical judgment skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills to positively influence drilling workforce – employees and contractors
  • Exceptional skills in MS Office suite of software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical/business communications
  • Ability to work and communicate in international locales and with diverse cultures
  • Relevant industry experience (offshore / onshore drilling activities, for example).
  • Maintains a high degree of ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments (examples include temperature and / or humidity extremes, remote locations with limited amenities) with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel / live away from home for extended time periods.

 

Accountant III

DESCRIPTION

Provides key business information and analysis to business to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained. Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information Prepares and analyzes financial performance reports. Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting. Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies. Ensures accounting practices are applied to analysis in an ethical and effective manner. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
This position might be described as Accounting Professional or Accountant Expert who, on top of level 1 and 2, can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work.
