Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineering Intern to support our engineering team in the design, analysis, and execution of construction projects.
• This role provides hands-on experience in structural engineering practices, site operations, and technical documentation within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Support engineers in analyzing structures to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with design specifications.
• Participate in site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans.
• Help prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with project teams including architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct research and provide technical support on materials, methods, and engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 0–2 years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural Engineering role role.
• Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
