Job Description

• The Strategy & Execution Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• This role oversees strategic projects, cross-functional collaboration, project governance, and execution of major initiatives—including refinery expansions and backward integration projects.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-driven, and experienced in managing large-scale strategic initiatives within an FMCG organization.

Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Social/Management Sciences or related field is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Management, CSP, etc., are strong advantages.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in strategy development, project execution, and cross-functional leadership.
