Job Summary

• We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic talent initiatives within a large and fast-paced organization.
• This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capability and the potential to transition into broader HR leadership roles over time.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in HRBP, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related strategic HR functions
• Experience managing talent initiatives across multiple business locations
• Strong background in:
  • Workforce Planning
  • Talent Management
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Development
  • Succession Planning
  • Stakeholder Management
• Experience within FMCG, Retail, Telecoms, Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing, or similarly fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to support and manage large workforce populations.
