Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, supplies, and stock control. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, monitor stock levels, and maintain the overall organization of the store.
• This is a key operational role supporting the kitchen and service teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, safe, and accessible manner.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or discrepancies.
• Issue materials and supplies to kitchen and service departments as requested.
• Keep accurate records of stock movement and usage.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory system.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and shelf life management.
• Maintain documentation of deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in storage areas.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / B.Sc Degree; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• 3–4 years proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Officer, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in stock management software or basic Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate loads.
• Trustworthy and dependable.
• Proficient in Excel.
