Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Storekeeper to manage and oversee our inventory and stock levels.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating with procurement and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
• Use inventory management software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) to track and update stock records.
• Issue materials and products as per company procedures.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely deliveries and dispatches.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, especially QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics is a plus.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
