Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory operations.
• The ideal candidate must be organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue goods accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper stock records, bin cards, and inventory documentation.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Ensure stock accuracy and immediately report discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management of restocking needs.
• Keep the store neat, well-arranged, and compliant with storage standards.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method is strictly followed.
• Support periodic stock reconciliation and audits.
• Safeguard inventory from theft, loss, and damage.
• Prepare and submit store reports to the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND/ HND (higher qualifications are an advantage).
• 1 – 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-moving inventory.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity and responsibility.
