Shelters Springs Agro Limited is an Agro Equiment company which deals with Machineries for Animal feed production.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper / Issuance Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Ordering, receiving, and storing goods, while also managing stock levels to meet company needs.
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions, such as receipts, issues, and withdrawals.
• Stock control: Performing regular stock counts to verify physical stock against records, identifying discrepancies and rotating stock to ensure the oldest items are used first (FIFO).
• Receiving and dispatching: Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and ensuring goods are properly documented before being issued to the correct department or person.
• Documentation: Preparing and processing necessary paperwork, such as material received reports (MRRs) and purchase requisitions.
• Make accurate used of Stock Card.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years experience.
