Job Title: In Store Sales Representative

Location: Amuwo – Odofin, Tradefair, Apongbon, Ikorodu, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

• To provide excellent customer service, drive sales of cosmetic products, and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
• The role involves product demonstration, customer engagement, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their beauty needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product usage (e.g., skincare routines, makeup application).

Sales & Targets:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize revenue.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Educate customers on new arrivals and trending items.
• Handle customer queries confidently.

Store Presentation:

• Ensure shelves are well‑stocked and displays are attractive.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Assist in inventory checks and restocking.

Customer Service:

• Resolve complaints politely and effectively.
• Build long‑term relationships with repeat customers.
• Encourage customer feedback to improve service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not always required).
• Prior retail or sales experience (cosmetics / beauty industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for POS and inventory systems.
