Job Title: Store Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer their questions and provide product information both online and offline to ensure a positive and personalised shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records. Help customers find what they need and make recommendations.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging and relevant content for the store’s social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Brand Representation: Represent the store’s brand identity and values both in-person and online. Maintain a professional and professional demeanour at all times.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the store’s products, promotions and industry trends. Be able to provide accurate information and recommendation to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist with setting up displays, organising merchandise and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to interact with customers and team members.
• Customer Service Skills: Capability to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the store’s products, features, and benefits to assist customers and make recommendations.In case of lack of knowledge, ability to learn fast is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify problems, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.
• Social Media Management Skills: Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing social media accounts effectively.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions and engaging content for social media platforms and visual merchandising.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records, maintain visually appealing displays, and provide accurate product information.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on the latest products, promotions, industry trends, and social media strategies to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
