Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a diligent, organised, and detail-oriented Stores Officer to oversee effective stock management and stores administration across our school locations in line with approved procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock receipts in line with purchase orders
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials and supplies
• Process and issue materials only against authorised requisitions
• Conduct stock taking, inventory updates, and replenishment activities
• Monitor and document stock movement and fixed asset records
• Carry out coding and identification of fixed assets
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or unserviceable items
• Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness, and security of the store
• Support audits and respond to queries from Accounts, Purchasing, and Auditors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in inventory/stores management or a similar role
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems is an advantage.
