Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive goods into store.
• Ensure correct stock positions at all times.
• Record correctly the inventory movement.
• Carry out reconciliation of incorrect stock balances and report on same.
• Issue goods out of the store.
• Load goods into vehicles
• Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions
• Ensure that all requisition are approved and supported.
• Set in place inventory levels for smooth and efficient operations such as Re-order level, Minimum stock level, maximum stock level etc.
• Ensure proper security of the warehouse or store.
• Ensure the proper management of slow and fast moving items.
• Reduce the tendency for obsolete stock.
• Ensure periodic stock taking of all items in store.
• Ensure proper filing of all documents e.g. Goods Received Notes, waybills, invoices, Delivery Notes, Requisitions and other stores documents.
• Keep appropriate registers as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 6 years work experience.

Salary
N90,000 Monthly.
