Job Summary

• We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• The ideal candidate will also be responsible for staff training and development.
• You will work to foster client loyalty and expand brand presence.
• The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through high service standards and styling support
• Drive sales performance, upselling, and repeat customer engagement
• Create content for social media – TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention
• Source for new stockists for the brand
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions professionally
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
• Handle the store’s bookkeeping
• Enforce store policies, procedures, and staff discipline
• Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail (fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage)
• Basic Accounting skills
• Must be social media savvy
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with good commercial awareness
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to work weekends and extended retail hours when required
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
