Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate store records.
• Implement company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years work experience.
• Experience in retail, sales, or store management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
