Job Title: Store and Inventory Officer

Job Description

• A fast-growing hospitality company is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented individual to work as a store and inventory officer to manage her stock levels and record stock movement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders according to store manager’s demand
• Follow up with store manager’s stock issuance to production departments
• Record and track stock levels
• Record expiry register of products
• Monitor distribution of stock
• Maintain stock records using computerized systems
• Draw up inventories
• Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders
• Validate stock takes weekly and monthly
• Any other task required by the management

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in courses related to Business, Inventory Management, Accounting, Logistics, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years experience obtained in a well-structured organization.
