Job Title: Store Executive

Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic Store Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our products meet the high standards we’re known for.
  • This role involves a blend of operational management, customer interaction, digital engagement strategies, and hands-on production of our healthy offerings.

Key Responsibilities
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and produce orders as they come, including making smoothies, parfaits, and other menu items, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Process payments using our Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining a strict no-cash policy.
  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging customers through social media platforms, creating content that promotes our products and healthy lifestyle philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to implement effective store strategies, improve customer service, and achieve sales targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets, plan promotional events, and introduce new products.
