Job Title: Stock Officer (Stockist)

Job Summary

• BioRapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Stock Officer (Stockist) to manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control operations.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in stock management, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Issue stock to relevant departments and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock valuation reports.
• Work closely with the accounts and procurement teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
• Experience in accounting with a good understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
• Previous experience as a Stock Officer, Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
