Job Title: Stock Controller

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the role

• The Stock Controller responsible for managing system inventory and ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
• He will monitor inventory levels, conduct physical stock counts, and ensure accurate stock records to support smooth warehouse and retail operations. He will be responsible for preventing stock shortages, tracking product shipments, and preparing inventory reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Counting: Perform regular physical counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Reordering: Monitor stock balances and initiate timely reorders to prevent stockouts.
• Record Keeping: Update inventory software promptly to reflect stock additions and removals.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate variances and perform root cause analysis for missing or damaged items.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure order fulfillment.

Qualification and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Nigerian or international university.
• Professional certification in supply chain or inventory management is strongly required
• Strong experience in manufacturingcompanies, advanced Excel skills, and high attention to detail.

Salary
N250,000.00 monthly (Net).
