Job Title: Steward / Dish Washer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely and clean atmosphere
• Monitor and record inventory, and order new supplies
• Provide support to cooks, waiters, and other colleagues as required to achieve a smooth operation
• Assist the chefs, and cooks with food preparation, and services
• Attain training as required to meet restaurant and kitchen standards
• Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations
