We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Oyigbo, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring stock volumes of all products such that timely recorders are made, and constant availability of products is achieved.
  • Places refill orders for stock and engage relevant units to ensure that orders are promptly notified.
  • Management of activities at the forecourt including traffic control customers engagement, service delivery, safety/security to ensure seamless experience and enhanced customer service experience.
  • Coordinates orientation and onsite training for staff such that quality of service delivery is greatly elevated.
  • Reconciles all expected vs actual sales proceeds as well as stock levels daily.
  • Provide insights into the profitability of the business unit on a regular basis to help guide management decision making and spur action to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure that team members understand their assigned tasks and recommend to Management the kind of additional training which may be required to enhance service quality.
  • Acts as the chief customer service representative in the business unit. Therefore expected to be the first respondent to address customer concerns and maintain the relationship between the customer and the company.
  • Reports all maintenance challenges and impediments to smooth operation in a prompt manner such that operation is not hampered in any way. These include dispensers, generators, lights, electrical installation, power sources, amongst others.
  • Develops strategies to maximize sales through all available channels and for all key products – Retainership, Lubricants, Gas, Ventures amongst others.
  • Provides daily reports highlighting key performance indices and operational challenges and engages relevant parties for quick intervention when required.
  • Keeps proper records and source documents connected to daily operation activities.
  • Monitors and provides updates on the activities of competition and advises management on ways to maximize any opportunities which may arise.
  • Enforces company policies related to operation in retail outlets such as inventory product delivery, lodgment, safety, security etc.
  • Ensures accuracy of information and data figures and sends this information at regular intervals to the management for decision making.
  • Accounts for all sales proceeds and stock movement in the business unit and reports same to management.
  • Manages display of items to ensure attractiveness to customers. In addition to ensure that the outlet property reflects the brand image and identity of the company.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree / NCE / OND with 5 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month
