We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Owerri, Imo

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our filling station.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, supervise station personnel, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily station operations.
  • Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, and inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Supervise station staff and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor cash handling processes and reconcile sales records.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, security, and overall maintenance of the station.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate product receipt and dispensing activities.
  • Assist in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
